The house was built for a couple in their early 60s, after the kids moved out. They decided to tear down the big old house they had and build a one-story home to fit their new needs.

The house is built of two major wings – one wing is a big public area with dining kitchen and a very well made living room.
The second wing is a big master bedroom with all the facilities needed.
Located between these wings is a spacious guest room, which serves as a divider.
