This penthouse is located on a high floor in a residential tower, first line of the waterfront.

It was specially designed as a summer home for a family that lives overseas, with the possibility of returning to Israel on a permanent basis.

The division between the public and private spaces is arranged according to proximity to the sea – the kitchen, living room and dining room are surrounded by a balcony overlooking the beach, while the bedrooms face the quiet neighborhood park. 

In this project the clients’ brief was for a low maintenance home that embodies a careful selection of materials and details – for weather resistance, ease of cleaning and durability – in order to ensure the longevity of the house’s lifespan.
