This penthouse is located on a high floor in a residential building, first line of the waterfront.
It was specially designed as a summer home for a family that lives overseas.
In 2023 the family returned home and the penthouse had adjustable renovation to fit for permanent living in Israel.

The division between the public and private spaces is arranged according to proximity to the sea – the kitchen, living room and dining room are surrounded by a balcony overlooking the beach, while the bedrooms face the quiet neighborhood park.
In this project the clients’ brief was to allow maximum space for their big art collection as seen.
